Camp Navajo Belmont Pistol Military Training Range Belmont, AZ
This is a 15 lane active target pistol practice range. It includes 5 small buildings with a total square footage of approx 4900: 1 control tower 2 story, 1 ammo building, 1 latrine, 1 shade structure with bleachers, 1 GI building. A standard parking lot and all utilities.

Ak-Chin Santa Cruz Industrial Park – White Shell Building Maricopa, AZ
17,500 sf new construction on 1.5 acre lot. Industrial Park (White Shell Building) will include 5 units ranging in square footage from 1,522 – 3,165. Each unit includes front and back entrance, loading/unloading area, 2 offices and restroom. Exterior will include masonry and stone veneer. Parking lot includes 33 parking spaces plus rear truck well. Renovations to the existing M&S Building to include a new façade, roll up doors, roof and a covered entrance with finishes to match the new White Shell Building.
